Telemune’s Smart Call Manager takes charge to these situations and enables subscriber to reply Smart. Telemune MO system includes a voice and data services platform and associated handset software. When a call is originated for the subscriber, Telemune’s SCM takes charge and pops up a Call handling menu on subscriber’s mobile phone instrument, thus subscriber can choose from a number of Smart replies, text-based or voice response, for his caller.
