Missed Call Alert
The mobile subscribers of a wireless network can not receive calls while they are in no coverage zone, or if their phone is switched off, or they are busy on other call. This is a loss of important calls for the calling and called parties, there is also a significant loss of revenue for the telecom operator. Further, for international or national outbound roamers, as CLI gets stripped off at ISGs, the out roamer is not able to make an informed decision about accepting the call. Largely, there is a tendency of the out roamer not to attend the call, which leads lo significant loss of roaming revenue.
Telemune’s Missed Call Alert service makes loss of calls a history. Telemune's MCA provides for a solution to the above problems, enabling the called person to always know who tried to call, and ensuring that there is no revenue loss to the telecom operator. Mobile users are notified by sms about their missed calls, and subsequently informed about the availability of the subscriber to the caller, thereby encouraging them to make return calls.
