Low Balance Suite

Telemune’s Low Balance Suite enables the operators to offer call completion services through alternative means of Telemune’s Call Me, Airtime Transfer, Pay 4 Me and Sponsor Call services . It helps operators to maintain ARPU through airtime minutes which otherwise would have been lost due to low balance.

Deployed over top of Telemune’s robust SDP platform, Telemune’s Low Balance suite can be customized as per needs of operator .

  • Call Me: Call Me sends notification to B Party to Call A.
  • Airtime Transfer: Airtime Transfer helps to quickly request for some airtime minutes.
  • Pay 4 Me: Pay 4 Me is reverse call charging, requesting B to bear call charges.
  • Sponsor Call: Sponsor Call service helps earning free air time minutes in lieu to listening an advertisement.
