Call Completion Suite

Telemune’s Call Completion Suite enables the operators to offer call completion services through Missed Call Information (MCI), Voice Mail or Voice SMS when B Party is not available to attend the call. It helps operators to maintain ARPU through airtime minutes, subscription packs or pull based model. Telemune Call Completion Suite has been well deployed platform across 15+ operator networks, handling 10 million plus calls completion requests per day in the form of missed calls or voice mail or voice sms.

Platform can be deployed to offer bundles call completion services or individual service.

  • MCI: MCI alternatively also known as MCA( Missed Call Alerts) or Missed call Notifications (MCN)provides beauty of knowing who called when person is not available, supports auto SMS response, Availability notification to Callers.
  • Voice Mail: Voice Mail is a subscription based service offering personalized greetings for callers. Supports Visual Voice Mail, delivery through WAP or email
  • Voice SMS: Voice SMS as part of Call Completion provides directly deposition the message without hassle of dialling * and B Party need not be subscriber of voice SMS or Voice Mail to receive the message. Also, supports group messaging, access to address book, appending additional greetings with message, bulk voice sms and voice sms broadcast.
